Terms & Conditions — Tesler AI Trading Platform

These are the rules of the road for using our platform. We've written them to be clear and fair — not deliberately confusing. Please read them before you register.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the Tesler platform at teslerapp.in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Tesler platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

📌 Key point: These Terms apply to all users of the Tesler platform globally, including registered users in India. They exist to protect you, us, and the integrity of the platform — not to create unnecessary legal complexity.

2. User Eligibility

To use the Tesler platform, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country
  • You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in financial markets or cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
  • You must not have been previously suspended or banned from the Tesler platform
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration

By registering, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts where we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register an account with Tesler, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information
  • Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party
  • Notify us immediately at support@teslerapp.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Not create multiple accounts — one account per person is permitted

Tesler will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you receive such a request, please report it to us immediately as it may indicate a phishing attempt.

4. Platform Use & Service Description

Tesler provides an AI-powered automated trading platform that analyses financial markets and executes trades on your behalf through regulated third-party broker partners. By using the platform, you understand and accept the following:

  • Tesler acts as a technology provider, not a financial advisor or investment manager
  • Actual trading is executed by licensed third-party brokers, not directly by Tesler
  • The AI system makes trading decisions based on market data and algorithms — it is not infallible
  • Platform availability may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform with reasonable notice

5. Trading, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions — including deposits, trades, and withdrawals — are handled by our regulated broker partners, not by Tesler directly. You agree to:

  • Only deposit funds that you own and that represent money you can afford to lose
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the broker assigned to your account
  • Accept that trading involves inherent financial risk, including the possible loss of your entire deposited amount
  • Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the platform's trading functionality
  • Provide accurate payment information for deposit and withdrawal purposes

⚠️ Important risk notice: The Tesler AI does not guarantee profits. Past performance of the algorithm does not predict future results. Trading in financial markets — including cryptocurrencies and forex — carries a high risk of loss. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose entirely.

Withdrawal requests are processed by broker partners typically within 24–48 hours. Processing times may vary depending on payment method and bank procedures. Tesler has no control over broker or banking processing delays.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Tesler platform for any of the following purposes:

  • Any activity that is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction or any applicable law
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit promotional offers
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Tesler AI algorithm or platform technology
  • Introducing malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software to the platform
  • Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information during registration or verification
  • Accessing accounts belonging to other users
  • Engaging in any activity intended to damage the reputation of Tesler or its broker partners

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, design elements, algorithms, software, and materials on the Tesler platform — including but not limited to the AI trading engine, website design, copy, logos, and trademarks — are the intellectual property of Tesler Technologies Ltd or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the platform or its content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tesler, its directors, employees, broker partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including trading losses
  • Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions
  • Actions taken by third-party broker partners
  • Loss of data, business opportunity, or reputation
  • Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of fees (if any) paid by you to Tesler in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

Either you or Tesler may terminate your account at any time. You may request account closure by contacting us at support@teslerapp.in. We will process your request and ensure any remaining balance is transferred to your designated withdrawal method.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration
  • Behaviour that threatens the security or integrity of the platform

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Indian users additionally acknowledge that their use of the platform is subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and any other applicable Indian legislation governing online financial services.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first if you have any grievance — we resolve the vast majority of issues informally and promptly without the need for formal proceedings.

11. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email and post a notice on the platform. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
